I know it's been awhile since my last post...believe it or not, all of the drama in Washington has left me speechless for the last few months. I've been so beside myself, screaming seemed like a good outlet...but I digress. I am back in the swing of things, and ready to share what all has been going on that is threatening our freedom as individuals, as Christians and as a nation.
First I have to say that if you are not watching Glenn Beck, I encourage you to do so. He does his homework, and no matter what the left wing mainstream media would have you believe, he's right on the mark as far as what is going on in our country.
Secondly, stay in contact with your elected officials and what is going on in your own state. Change starts in your own backyard and is easier to commit to in small, doable steps.
That being said, the primaries are not over yet. There is a runoff on August 10 for both the Georgia gubernatorial and US House candidates on the republican side. Your duty is not fulfilled until you have voted if you want to take back your freedom. Even if your favored candidate is not in the runoff, do your homework and vote for the next best thing. Failing to vote means you don't care about what is going on around you and that you no longer have a right to complain about it!
I urge you to pay attention to what is going on in the news. Use your brain and get beyond the smoke and mirrors. Do your own research. Now is a very scary time in our country, and the last thing we need to do is believe everything we are spoon fed by the mainstream media. Even Fox doesn't always have it right.
